Description

A quick and easy Garlic Butter Chicken recipe showcasing rich flavors of garlic and butter, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (optional for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pounded chicken breasts and season with 21 Salute, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken after 5 minutes and cook the second side for an additional 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and let it rest on a plate.
  5. Deglaze the skillet by adding white wine (or chicken broth) and allow it to bubble for a few seconds.
  6. Add butter to the skillet and melt while stirring continuously.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Turn off heat, return chicken to skillet, and coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Optionally garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure chicken is pounded to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Adjust the sauce to taste and use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
