Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg wash (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices, cooked sausage crumbles, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillings.
- Roll the dough tightly to form a log, sealing the seams.
- Place the garbage bread seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the dough with egg wash for a golden finish (optional).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
