Description

A refreshing medley of fresh fruits served with crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips, perfect for snacking, appetizers, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray (for baking tortillas)


Instructions

  1. Combine the diced apples, kiwis, strawberries, and raspberries in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the brown sugar syrup, lemon juice, and fruit preserves in a separate small bowl, then pour over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Brush each tortilla with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
  5. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in another bowl, then sprinkle this mixture over both sides of each tortilla.
  6. Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
