Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 kiwis, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fruit preserves
- 4 tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray (for baking tortillas)
Instructions
- Combine the diced apples, kiwis, strawberries, and raspberries in a large bowl.
- Mix the brown sugar syrup, lemon juice, and fruit preserves in a separate small bowl, then pour over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush each tortilla with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in another bowl, then sprinkle this mixture over both sides of each tortilla.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Serve the fruit salsa with the warm cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
