Description
A simple, crowd-pleasing frozen snack with creamy yogurt and rich peanut butter, perfect for kids and post-workout fuel.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
- Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For dairy-free, use plant-based yogurt. For nut-free, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
