Easy and delicious frozen bites combining creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Portion out small amounts of the yogurt mixture using a spoon or small ice cream scoop and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the bites or drizzle melted dark chocolate over them if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for 120 to 180 minutes, or until firm.
- Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
