Description

Easy and delicious frozen bites combining creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate


Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Portion out small amounts of the yogurt mixture using a spoon or small ice cream scoop and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the bites or drizzle melted dark chocolate over them if desired.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for 120 to 180 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
