Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 8 oz smoked Polish sausage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the onion and the smoked Polish sausage into thin pieces.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat and add the seasoned potatoes.
  4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Add the onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the sausage slices and cook until browned and heated through for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding bell peppers or cheese as a topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
