Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup oranges
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Fresh mint for garnish


Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters, removing the greens.
  3. Peel oranges and separate them into segments, discarding any seeds.
  4. Remove the skin and core of the pineapple, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Peel kiwi and slice into rounds or quarters.
  6. Wash grapes and blueberries, leaving grapes whole unless large.
  7. In a large bowl, layer the fruits starting with strawberries, followed by oranges, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and blueberries.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  9. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
