Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, egg, Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
