Ingredients
- 1 package won ton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Oil for frying
- Sweet and sour sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Take one won ton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the won tons in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
