  • 1/2 cup garlic scapes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (e.g. cheddar or parmesan)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the chopped garlic scapes and cheese.
  5. Add the milk gradually and mix until a dough forms.
