Ingredients
2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine drained pineapple, sugar, flour, and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with crushed Ritz crackers, gently pressing into the surface.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
