Ingredients
- 4–6 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (to taste)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted or cubed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then place them in a pie dish.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Allow the pie to rest after baking for neater slices. Serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
