Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
