Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley for garnish

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the butter until melted and combined.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding vegetables like peas or bell peppers. Adjust seasoning to your taste, and try adding red pepper flakes for spiciness.
