Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 1/4 cup halal mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to make room for the tuna filling.
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, halal mayonnaise, diced red onion, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves. Drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
