Ingredients
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, melted butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
