Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, melted butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
