Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary, and garlic.
- In another bowl, mix milk and olive oil together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
