Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary, and garlic.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk and olive oil together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
