Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked rice or noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, mixed vegetables, and cooked rice or noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
