A creamy and spicy dip made with cottage cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until everything is fully combined.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes until it’s bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with lentils or chickpeas. You can also add ranch seasoning or extra veggies for variations.
