Fun and festive cornflake wreaths perfect for holiday gatherings and parties.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup green candy melts
- 1/4 cup red candy melts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Colored sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the cornflakes until well coated.
- While the mixture is still warm, drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into wreaths.
- Melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the wreaths. Use red candy melts to create bows or accents.
- Add sprinkles for decoration and allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Keep wreaths in an airtight container for up to a week. They are best enjoyed fresh.
