Description

Deliciously crispy chicken bites that are perfect as a snack or main dish, enjoyed by both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
