Description

Ingredients

  • 200g quark
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the quark, rolled oats, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, flattening slightly.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes each side.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
