Ingredients
- 200g quark
- 100g rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the quark, rolled oats, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, flattening slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes each side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
