Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices, resembling steaks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
