Description

Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks, a healthy and versatile dish that is full of flavor and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices, resembling steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Place cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
