Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into rounds and place them in a large bowl.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
- Add the mozzarella balls and fresh basil leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
