Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, ensuring uniformity for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with the olive oil and seasonings until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Avoid overlapping to ensure they cook evenly.
- Bake for 120-180 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through to promote even crispness.
- Once they’re crispy, allow the chips to cool before serving.
Notes
Use a mandoline slicer for even slices to enhance crispiness. Pat zucchini slices dry before seasoning.
