Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, ensuring uniformity for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with the olive oil and seasonings until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Avoid overlapping to ensure they cook evenly.
  5. Bake for 120-180 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through to promote even crispness.
  6. Once they’re crispy, allow the chips to cool before serving.

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for even slices to enhance crispiness. Pat zucchini slices dry before seasoning.
