Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine chicken, pasta, onion, garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese.
