Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (neutral oil like canola or vegetable)
  • Chili oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place a small amount of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle. Fold and pinch to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drizzle with chili oil before serving.
