Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Roasted Sabudana (powdered)
  • ⅓ cup Roasted Peanuts (powdered)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt (or Sendha Namak)
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Green Chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
  3. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney.

Notes

Ensure the potatoes are well boiled and mashed. Adjust the spiciness by adding or reducing green chilies. For extra crunch, add crushed cornflakes. Monitor oil temperature for perfect frying.
