Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each fillet with Dijon mustard and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes after baking to retain its moisture.
