Description

Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are a delicious side dish that’s easy to make and packed with flavor, perfect for any dinner or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to distribute.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato cubes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. Feel free to add seasonings like paprika or Italian herbs for variety.
