Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the halibut fillets with olive oil and lemon juice on both sides.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the tops of the fillets to create a crust.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
