Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, halving or quartering larger ones for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Sprinkle in panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, tossing again to coat evenly.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes, checking at 15 minutes for doneness.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with more Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Choose fresh Brussels sprouts, cut evenly for cooking, and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for the best crispiness.
