- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Finely minced parsley (to serve)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line two 13×18 inch baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cut the carrots into thin sticks for uniform cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot fries with cornstarch to coat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss again to mix.
- Drizzle the oil over the fries and toss to coat with spices.
