Ingredients
- 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over each thigh, rubbing it thoroughly.
- Mix all spices in a bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the thighs.
- Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a lined baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and roast the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
