Description

Baked chicken thighs are juicy, flavorful, and simple to prepare, making them a perfect weeknight dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each thigh, rubbing it thoroughly.
  3. Mix all spices in a bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a lined baking sheet with space between each piece.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and roast the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Experiment with seasonings for different flavor profiles.
