Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring that they are well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
