Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring that they are well coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
