Description
Delicious and crunchy chicken and mozzarella wraps made in the air fryer, perfect for busy days and loved by kids.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 4 Tortilla wraps
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken and place it on a tortilla wrap.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top, then roll up the wrap tightly.
- Place the wrap back in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to get it crispy.
- Remove, slice, and enjoy your crunchy crispy wraps!
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding veggies like spinach or bell peppers. Fresh mozzarella provides the best melting effect.
