Description

Deliciously satisfying wraps featuring crispy air-fried chicken, melted mozzarella, and warm tortillas, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  5. On a tortilla wrap, layer the sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings like lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Roll up the wrap tightly.
  7. Place the wrap back in the air fryer for another 3-5 minutes to crisp up the outside.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.
