This Pasta Wezzie Recipe is a creamy, garlic-infused comfort dish made with parmesan, butter, and tender pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

8 oz penne or rigatoni
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
2 shallots, finely chopped
1½ cups heavy cream
1¼ cups freshly grated parmesan
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup reserved pasta water
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
2. In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and shallots. Sauté for 3–5 minutes.
3. Lower heat. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add parmesan gradually, stirring until melted.
5. Toss in the pasta. Use pasta water to adjust consistency.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or sautéed mushrooms for variations.
Best enjoyed fresh; avoid freezing leftovers.
