Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 6 ounces Frozen Spinach
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sauté ground turkey or chicken with seasonings until browned, about 7–9 minutes.
- Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, and egg in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the meat, half of the ricotta-spinach mixture, and a third of the mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with Alfredo and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, uncover and bake for another 8–12 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Ensure to dry the spinach thoroughly to avoid a watery lasagna and let it rest after baking for better layering.
