Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package store-bought gnocchi
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until they float.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
