Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender gnocchi, hearty ground beef, and a rich tomato-cream sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
  5. Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until they float.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor, especially garlic and onion. Don’t overcook the gnocchi; they are done when they float to the surface.
