Description

A quick and easy baked chicken breast recipe made with creamy parmesan and spices, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to an even thickness if needed.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
