Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to an even thickness if needed.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure to pound the chicken to an even thickness for even cooking. You can also make the creamy mixture ahead of time.
