Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower florets, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor. Can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with mushrooms or more cauliflower.
