Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
