Description

An easy, family-friendly weeknight dinner combining tender chicken, crisp broccoli, smoky turkey bacon, and melty cheese for a low-carb comfort dish.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with smoked mushrooms or seasoned tofu. Use pre-cooked chicken or leftover roast chicken for quicker preparation.
