Description

Delicious dish combining tender chicken and pasta in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (like fusilli or rotini)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove chicken from the pot and slice thinly.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and fully combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the pot, stirring to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve topped with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
