Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced (Yukon gold or russet)
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Place the sliced potatoes, diced ham, and diced onion in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the potato and ham mixture in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 to 480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
