Description

A comforting and hearty dish made with potatoes, ham, and a creamy sauce, perfect for busy families.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced (Yukon gold or russet)
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced potatoes, diced ham, and diced onion in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture over the potato and ham mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 to 480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your creamy comfort food!

Notes
