Description

A delightful one-pan dish that combines tender ground beef with vibrant broccoli in a creamy, cheesy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes, until they’re tender.
  6. Lower the heat, then mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Quality beef and fresh broccoli enhance the flavor. Feel free to experiment with cheese types and add herbs for extra freshness.
