Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes, until they’re tender.
- Lower the heat, then mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
