Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and, if desired, thyme.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sear the pork chops until they are browned on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the skillet.
