Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using fresh corn. You can also add chopped green onions or red bell peppers for extra taste.
