Ingredients
- 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using fresh corn. You can also add chopped green onions or red bell peppers for extra taste.
