Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the corn and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and the top is golden.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
