Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the corn and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and the top is golden.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
